Returns + Refunds
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you must request authorization from our team. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Talisman Designs. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 507-243-3509.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received notification that we have acknowledged a mistake on our part leading to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
